Vintage Periods

• What I consider vintage is things or a time that is old. Old as in way back like the 70's or past that. Anything current to me really isn't vintage.

• My favorite vintage era is the Romantic Period (1820-1850's)
• Around this time the ladies wore a mantel which was like a big bonnet. The women also wore silhouettes with the long puffed out dresses. The colors worn by women during this time were rose, celestial, lapis blue, cream, buff, yellow, pale green, dove gray, and lavender gray. For the children they girls wore simple dresses and the boys wore tunics. For the men it was top hats and tail coats along with a cane.
